How to produce high-quality corrugated cardboard boxes?
Release Time:2023-05-11
When it comes to corrugated boxes, when it comes to acceptance standards and testing projects, the first thing we think of is definitely its GB reference standard. Its main testing items include corrugated cardboard thickness, edge compression strength, bonding strength, crushing strength, penetration strength, and moisture content. However, in order to meet these standards, in fact, every cardboard box manufacturer has put in a lot of effort, but also has strict requirements in many aspects. Today, I would like to analyze how square cardboard boxes can improve product quality in production.
1. Board thickness

Managing and understanding the thickness of cardboard is undoubtedly a very important topic. As is well known, 4.3mm C corrugated cardboard is not always 4.3mm. Whether it's from your own ceramic tile production line or cardboard supplier, check the inventory of each order. Because changing paper is a common occurrence in ceramic tile lines, as the paper rolls are constantly replaced, the grade of the paper will also change (note: many paper rolls sent to the wet end of the ceramic tile line come from paper mills across the country), and orders may start from 35 rolls to 39 rolls, and vice versa. Because 39 is the next or available volume. For tile line operators, the usual practice is to upgrade the paper in the order as a tool for maintaining ect numbering. This is the insurance policy for changing paper, which can ensure the performance of the cardboard box and change the requirements for setting the pressure zone of our printing machine.
